90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Lumera products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have used the product consistently for a minimum of 30 days prior to submitting your return request
- Submit your request within 90 days of the original order date
- Provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Return the product, including any unused portion, to our fulfillment center
Why the 30-day minimum? Skincare products require consistent use over time to deliver results. Our formulas are designed to work with your skin's natural renewal cycle, and meaningful improvements typically begin to appear between 30–60 days of regular use. We ask that you give the product a fair trial before returning it.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Purchased directly through our official Lumera website
- Return requested within 90 days of the original purchase date
- Product used for a minimum of 30 days before the return request
- Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers
- Requests submitted after the 90-day window has expired
- Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team
- Products that have been tampered with or damaged due to misuse
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Pay for a return label.
- Receive Authorization — Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2–3 business days.
- Ship the Product — Send the product back to our fulfillment center with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Processed — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or card issuer.
Lumera reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at essntllife.com@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, please note:
